Is there really a free plan?
Yes — Free forever. You get 1 published resume, all 8 templates including ATS-safe ones, real PDF export with no watermark, a public share link at cvpoet.com/@you, and full JSON Resume export. No credit card required to start.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free lets you have 1 published resume (and unlimited drafts). Pro ($7/month) gives you unlimited published resumes — so you can tailor a separate CV per job application — plus folders & tags to organise them, per-resume custom colors, resume view analytics, priority support, and early access to AI features like JD-targeted bullets.
Who is the Business plan for?
Career coaches, recruiters, and small agencies who manage resumes for multiple people. You get everything in Pro plus a team workspace where reviewers can see and comment on resumes, bulk CSV import/export, custom-domain support, 12-month view analytics, and an option to white-label client CVs.
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise (custom pricing) is for HR teams and outplacement programs. Everything in Business plus SSO (Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD), API access for HR systems, a dedicated account manager, SLA + uptime guarantees, and custom legal/DPA. Contact sales for a quote.
Do I lose my resumes if I cancel Pro?
No. Cancelling drops you back to the Free tier — you keep your data and can keep editing existing resumes, but only the first one stays publicly published. You can re-publish any other by upgrading again, and you can always export everything to JSON Resume so it's never locked in.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Pro currently uses a freemium model: start free, upgrade when you need a second published resume. No trial card-trap. If you don't like it, you stay on the Free plan with no impact to your existing resumes.
How is this different from FlowCV / Reactive Resume / Resume.io?
Resume.io and similar builders charge you at the download — a $2.95 trial that auto-renews at $29.95/month. We don't. Free PDF, no watermark, no credit card. Reactive Resume is great but self-host only — we offer a hosted version with the same data portability via JSON Resume export, so you can always leave.
What payment methods do you accept?
